Monique Honaman is the Chief Human Resources Officer at ANDMORE. Owned by Blackstone and Fireside Investments, ANDMORE owns and operates more than 22 million square feet of premium event and showroom space, hosts 30+ Markets annually (gift, home décor, furniture and apparel) and employs nearly 500 Team Members. As a strategic leader, Monique partners with business leaders to align HR initiatives with the company's goals and priorities leveraging strong analytical and financial skills. Her responsibilities include setting the strategic direction and execution of all HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, employee relations, and HR operations.
Prior to joining ANDMORE, Monique was the Founding Partner and CEO of ISHR Group. Founded in 1999, ISHR Group provided executive assessment, development and coaching services globally. Past experiences include HR positions with General Electric and General Motors.
Monique holds a JD from Albany Law School, an MLIR from Michigan State, and a BA from the University of Michigan. She holds a certificate from the UC-Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute. Active in the community and passionate about her philanthropic work, Monique is also a Board member of the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta and the Atlanta Women’s Foundation, and is an alumna and active volunteer with Leadership Atlanta and Leadership Georgia. Monique lives in Atlanta with her husband and their three rescue dogs.
Dhianna Yezzi, M.S. '24
Owner, Integrated Staffing Corporation
Dhianna Yezzi is an entrepreneur and business owner. In 2009, Dhianna opened Integrated Staffing Corporation, a temporary staffing company with over $60 Million in total revenue and over 12000 total employees hired.
In 2022, Dhianna embarked on a continuing education journey and completed her MS Degree in HR Law, Leadership and Policy from Albany Law School. This pursuit has been integral in her career trajectory as she anticipates moving into entrepreneurial consulting role in her retirement.
In addition to work, Dhianna travels extensively with her husband, works at their horse farm and is involved in various non-profits. A wheelchair user, Dhianna believes that advocating and developing job opportunities for marginalized workers is paramount to increasing the well-being of both communities and individuals.
Mary Walsh Fitzpatrick
Assistant Dean for Career and Professional Development, Albany Law School
Mary Walsh Fitzpatrick is the Assistant Dean of Albany Law School’s Career and Professional Development Center. Prior to her current position, she worked for seven years as an Associate Director of the Office of Career and Professional Development at Brooklyn Law School. Mary received her BA from Binghamton University and her JD from Brooklyn Law School. She spent five years as a litigation associate with a firm in New York City. She has since dedicated her career to coaching and empowering emerging legal professionals. She earned her certificate in personal development coaching from the Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute in 2022.
Admitted to practice in New York, Mary is an active member of the New York City Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the National Association for Law Placement. As Co-Chair of the New York City Bar Association's New Lawyers Institute, she contributes to organizing and moderating numerous career-related panels and workshops. Mary has created curriculum and taught course on professional identity formation and leadership at Albany Law School. Mary also serves as a Co-Director of the Online Graduate Program in HR: Law Leadership and Policy at Albany Law School.
